Discovery call & brief
1–3 days
We get to know your vision, the space, occasion, timeline and budget, and gather everything we need to shape the project.
Concept & estimate
Up to 7 days
We prepare the creative direction, define the scope of work and provide an initial project estimate.
Design & approval
3–7 days
We develop the visual concept, select materials, colours and details, then refine the project with you before production begins.
Production & preparation
7–21 days
We produce all custom elements and prepare every component of the project, with close attention to form, finish and detail.
Delivery & installation
1–2 days
We deliver the completed project on site, handle the installation and make sure every detail is in place before the event.
